I Spy Stir Fry

Thanks for helping me with the Lulu pronunciation!  I think I’ll just call it Lulu.  ;-)   It reminds me of how I used to pronounce Bebe (“Bay Bay.”), until someone told me it was “Bee Bee.”  Needless to say, I try to simply avoid saying name brands or store names at all costs. 

And thanks for your compliments on my new shirt!  I promise if I win the lottery I will have a huge Lulu giveaway here.  Until then…it’s a darn good thing they don’t have a store here!!

My friend told me about this Kraft recipe for Speedy Chicken Stir fry awhile back, and it looked quick and easy.  I cut out the pasta because, well, I really don’t think it needed it!

The recipe called for Kraft (duh) Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing.  Unfortunately I couldn’t find it at my big box store, but I was happy to find this:

This was suuuper good!!! I LOVE the dressing.  The crushed red pepper made it a teeny bit spicy (I’m a wimp like that), but it was just enough of a kick.  It seriously took me all of 15 minutes to prepare.

Eaten on my floor...classy.

 It was weird to eat chicken when I had this….it had been awhile!  I’m not going veg, but I do notice myself eating meat less and less these days.  How often do you eat meat, if at all?  If you don’t eat meat, what fills your tum tum?  I eat a lot of meals with a bean base, and I also LOVE quinoa because it’s very filling.
