My house is.so.cold. I “cranked it up” to 71 (normally I keep it at 68/69 – I have gas heat and my $300 January bill last year makes me nervous!) and my fingers are STILL ice. I did ask for a Snuggie for Christmas.
Just for around the house.

While I’d love to get a second opinion, I have to pay off the almost $1,000 of medical bills I owe right now. :-( I’m going to give PT a shot – fingers crossed!
I think I might go with Michelle’s advice, actually, and look into swimming more. I go once a week, but I hate it because I have to go at 9 p.m.! So I think I’m going to try going in the morning next week a couple times, before work.
Also, I’m going to challenge myself to find something I love in 2010 – to take the place of running. I am going to see if pilates, yoga, zumba, or spinning will do the trick. I have done all of those things, but have never really been consistent. Any workout ideas out there? What’s your workout of choice? I do better if it’s a program or something I can do consistently. We’ll see…I”m not giving up hope that something is out there for me.

procrastinating blogging and get back to studying.
