Phew! Sorry for the absence…short story long, my anatomy professor posted that we would be able to use our notes and book on our exam. So what do I do? Put off studying, of course! When I checked the message board around midnight on Saturday, she had taken it back. It was a mistake…urrrgh!
Anyway, I got through the final and got an A in my class!! For now, it just feels.so.good to be done. Tonight is the first night in a loooong time I don’t have that hanging over my head. I forgot how I don’t like that part of school.
I was lucky enough to have my 3 nieces and nephew spend the night last Friday night. Two of the four made it through the night (ummm….I had to call my sister because the kiddos were having a hard time sleeping. Fail, Aunt Holly!). But before that all started, we had a great time dancing to The Nutcracker…

Melissa posted a link on Facebook for these adorable Rice Krispie snowmen….it was perfect timing because I knew my nephew could eat them! (He has severe food allergies).
Otherwise my week has been pretty good. Well, I might have had a minor short-lived breakdown at the Colts game, but we won’t go there. 
We got to see my boys win yet another game…

Friday’s Song of the Day: (ugh….a day early)
I really like the soundtrack to Twilight, but this by far is my favorite song. “Flightless Bird, American Mouth” by Iron & Wine. I could listen to it over, and over, and over again. Now, ask me to explain the lyrics and I’m completely lost!
