The Ides of March

So….guess what I did this morning?

I swam!  1,150 yards.  Or meters??

I’m so happy that, with my new job, I can go into work late if I’m working a college fair that evening.  I’m shadowing my co-worker and we’ll be at the fair until 7:30, so I got to go into work at 10 today.

Which means the pool was wide open at 8 a.m.!  I definitely realized I’m a morning swimmer – I just wish I could do it more often.  I am going to swim tomorrow morning around 8, too, since I’m going into work at 11.  I have my first college fair (all on my own) tomorrow night! 

 

And what did we think of the Bachelor finale last night?

I am ecstatic he chose Emily, and is she not the prettiest girl to ever be on this show?!  Seriously, and she is a complete sweetheart. 

But did anyone else get the feeling that she is really, really insecure?  I kind of felt sorry for Brad.  Hopefully they’ll make it….they are so damn cute.  Like Ken and Barbie.  If Barbie had a 5 year old little girl and Ken wasn’t so metro sexual. 

Anyway, I hope to get a wedding invitation soon.
