This weekend I…..
- Celebrated the first birthday of my sweet nephew, Reid:
- Hung out with new friends and enjoyed lots of laughs and TONS of good food:
- Biked 37 miles and ran 3.5 miles Sunday! (Whoa….)
- Didn’t learn my lesson about sunscreen….
- Went on a blind date with a very sweet (but short 
) guy…..we will see. 
- Enjoyed WARM…no, HOT weather. Summer, I am so ready for you.
- Made this bean salad recipe recommended by Lee…..SO good!

Reid has gotten so big and I can’t believe it but even MORE adorable!!!!!!!! He’s such a cutie and I love the decorattions with his pictures strung across the mantle!! I might have to copy that idea for next December…

I think you need at least 2-3 dates with someone before deciding.. unless they do something that is a deal breaker for you. Shortness is hard.. physical attraction can be a deal breaker for me. But it’s so easy to be judemental when you don’t know the person at all. I thought J was short at first, I think I was just picking at things and after a while his personality made me see him totally differently. Be careful with first impressions.
